Singer Sho Madjozi whose real name is Maya Christinah Xichavo Wegerif has received three nominations from the 6th annual Africa Music Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) 2019.
The 27-year-old BET Award winner was nominated for Video of the Year, Best Newcomer and Best Female Southern Africa.
Other South African musicians nominated for Best Female Sourthern Africa were for Busiswa, Lady X, Kelly Khumalo, Zonke and Bucie.
We also have artists representing South Africa in the Best Male Southern Africa, which include AKA, Cassper Nyovest, Emtee, Nasty C, Prince Kaybee and Master KG.

DJ Fresh got the nod for Best Radio/TV personality of the Year.
Dj Maphoriza got nominated for Music Producer of the Year.
