Nasty C has bagged the nomination for the Best International Flow at the 2019 BET Hip Hop awards. This new category was announced by BET last week and aims to honour artists from around the world.
Going against Nasty C for the award are acclaimed African artists Sarkodie (Ghana) and Falz from Nigeria. Other international artists are Tory Lanez (Canada), Kalash (France), Ghetts and Lil Simz who are from the UK.
“We are excited to announce the first-ever BET Hip-Hop Awards Best International Flow category with such diverse nominees… I believe that opportunities like the BET Hip-Hop Awards position international artists for global success long after the winners are announced,” said Alex Okosi, executive vice president and managing director of BET International.
The awards will take place in the Cobb Energy Center in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, on October 5.
