So I went for a full blood test just to check it ol girl is ticking well you know. I get my results and guess what I am lacking, Vitamin D !!!! No jokes I laughed so hard. So now I must spend 20 min in the sun everyday. Apparently women usually lack a lot of the D. I know 😂

THE 35-year-old radio and television personality let us know that she’ll be spending at least 20 minutes a day in the sun and that women are usually the ones who ‘ lack a lot of the D.’
The tweet went viral and people are sharing their Vitamin D stories and advice.
I worked at this awful job where I would come in at like 6.30/7 and leave at 8/9/10 at night every day, including most w/ends. My vitamin D deficiency was so bad my hair started falling out, my skin was awful and I couldn't take in nutrients properly. Get into the sun, guys!! https://t.co/t4Rx5Qs3YY

Salmon is a type of oily fish that’s incredibly popular due to its excellent taste and high amount of nutrients, including protein and omega-3 fatty acids. It also contains some vitamin D.

May I urge everybody suffering from depression to ask their GP to check for vitamin D and B12 deficiency? In a lot of cases this might solve the problem, not a cure all, but very important to rule out a lack of it!
