Celebrities and fans are speaking out to remember the late Neyi Zimu after his untimely death after battling with skin cancer.
Neyi Zimu, who was best known to South African music fans for his hit songs such as “Modimo Keo O” and “Jehova Retshepile Wena”, was only 49 when he passed away on Wednesday (December 4).
Stars like Dr Dumi, Candise Modiselle, and others have taken to social media to share their condolences.
Candise Modiselle wrote on Twitter “We hoped, we prayed, we moved in faith that you would overcome. God had other plans💔 Thank you Ntate Neyi. You played your part and left an indelible mark in the gospel industry you now leave behind and the lives you’ve transformed. Rest In Paradise Neyi Zimu #RIPNeyiZimu”
