Trevor Noah is official on another level. The Daily Show host teamed up with tennis legend Rafael Nadal to battle another icon in the sport Roger Federer and billionare Bill Gates.
The Microsoft founder and 20 time Grand Slam winner ended up winning. The Match in Africa game was set up to help fund education in the continent. It set the record for the highest attendance of a tennis match.
The Born a Crime author took to Instagram to share what he thought of the historic event. He revealed that over R45 million was raised for the cause.
“To say tonight was a dream come true would be an understatement. We helped raise over 3 million dollars to spur education in Africa. We set a world record for the highest attendance for a tennis match and I got to play tennis with two of the greatest players of all time whilst also sharing the court with my friend and one of the greatest minds of all time,” he wrote.
