Thulani Ngcobo popularly known as Black Coffee heard the Judgement on his murder case at the South Gauteng High Court this Thursday. He has been found guilty of culpable homicide for killing his wife Catherine Modidane in 2018.
The disgraced rapper has not been found guilty of defeating the ends of justice and pre-meditated murder. Judge J du Plessis brought up the results of the postmortem which it appeared that Catherine had died of blunt force trauma to the head.
Pitch Black Afro was supposed to hear the Judgment on Wednesday, 17 June but failed to appear at the court. This was reportedly due to the artist not being called with the other inmates who were being transported to court.
