Musician Theo Kgosinkwe and his fiancé Vourné Williams are officially Covid-19 free. The Mafikizolo singer shared the news with fans on Instagram this Thursday.
He thanked God for beating the disease. “First and foremost, I would like to say victory belongs to Jesus, victory belongs to him,” Theo said.
The couple tested positive for Covid-19 two weeks ago and self isolated as they recovered. “On the third of July, my fiancé and I tested positive for Covid-19. It was very sad because the following day on the 4th of July, it was my fiancé’s birthday,” he explained.
The Khona hitmaker said the first symptoms they experienced were a dry cough, mouth ulcers and a throat infection. They then headed to their doctor who recommended that they test ford test.
After being confirmed positive, the pair followed medical advice to take immune boosters and vitamins to return to optimal health. After 14 days they took another test and were cleared of the disease.
“We are free from Covid and the bible says whoever the son sets free, is free indeed and we believe we are free from Covid. So we continue to take care of ourselves,” he said.
